Message: <blockquote data-quote="E46Fanatic" data-source="post: 346762" data-attributes="member: 81">I'm still running in the brake systems.  According to the instructions, it'll take 200 kms for the performance brakes to demonstrate its full capabilities.  As of now, the most noticable feel is 1) the magnitude of a gradual bite to a urgent bite in terms of brake pressure has been greatly reduced.  Meaning, I'll have to get used to this property to avoid my passengers from throwing up from stop and go traffic.  2) The original high pitched squeal when braking on cold (started after I slapped on the forged wheel) has changed pitch to a more low pitch groan (similar to sound of cold brakes on OEM wheel).I haven't done a series of very hard stops yet as its only been a day and a few short trips since the install, only low to moderate braking done and so far the brakes have been very assuring compared to the stock.  Freddie said that the pedal and brake feel from this set of performance brake is "very good" based on comparison to the many Brembo BBKs he's installed and tested.  I'll find out more over the next few hundred kms :love:btw, another thing I noticed, in stop and go traffic, drivers on the left peer down at the wheel and stare or try to read the writing on the calipers.  Its a funky shape/looking banana color caliper I guess..</blockquote>
