There's a motor insurance I believe advertise by AAM, u pay a small premium a year and when ever your car breaks down, you'll be provided with a loan car.The courtesy car from the BMW service dealer I believe for condition that your car need more than 1 day to repair and priority given to warranty issue. Build a good relation with your salesman helps, at least he/she can loan us their car.. I know mine would if I insist.I also think the courtesy cars are prioritised according to the type of customer.
