That's the EASY part lol the hard part is installing the hard pipe (no pun intended) that connects to the engine block ... Intake manifold was PITA to take out as there were a lot of wiring and cables were in the way. Only then start pouring the distilled water. Why distilled water is because it's purely water no mierals or contaminants that can form scales inside the radiator system. It enables better heat ransfer as a result.</p><p><img src="http://i651.photobucket.com/albums/uu235/B33MER330/Maintenance%20Pics/IMG-20120731-00953.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></p><p></p><p>Pressure tested at 1 bar to check for leaks ...
