TM Net Up to No Good?

Again according to the frens from another forum, it seems that TM Net is blocking out P2P d/ls. Although they have denied it by the numerous complaint emails that have been sent by my frens. Apparently, TM Net cut off international seeders, thereby if that file has no local seeders, u cant d/l anything! Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyhow i have found a way to work around the bit torrent issue but the if the speed cap thingy really gets implemented, where is our rights when we signed up for the unlimited package? Y is TM Net doing heavy promotion and accepting Streamyx application by the thousands when you cant widen the alredi congested bottleneck? Anybody has any insider news?
