Below 400 how to get Japanese tires or even Korean ones...my dear friend. :P Cheapest is Silverstone lor...  Seriously I wont hesitate to recommend the Hankook Ventus K105 to you. I am using it on my rear, size 235/45/17, got it for 430 a piece and been on it for 3 months now. Tire wear looks not too bad and its quite silent as well. Comes with silica as well. Value for $$$!! Front, I am using Michelin Preceda, size 225/45/17, about 470 a piece with alignment and balancing. I would say the Hankook is about as good as the Michelin, if not better. But Preceda 235/45/17 cost close to RM700/piece. All I can say is, use something good and not mess around with cheap2 tires as it may cost you your dear life! :D :D
