subframe issue for malaysian bmw

is e46 in malaysia suffer from subframe failure like in the US? anyone experiencing the problem? cant find any thread about it.

I am aware of subframe issues on the E36, but haven't come across such incidences for the E46 here. Perhaps it's more prone to higher powered MT E46's like the 330i and M3 which is used often on the track...
