Sticky Sensor - too costly to replace

Any tips out there on a solution other than to REPLACE? The console indicator drive me nuts. But all lights are functioning normally...Cud be sticky sensor? Any solution please?Mine is 2001 E46 M52 engine.TQ

dude,

1. when you mention console indicator, did you mean the "warning light"?
2. when the light are functioning normal, did you mean the car interior light?

You have to be a bit clear in your enquiry or else you will end up with the wrong answer.

The E46 have many sensor to assist the car to run at optimum performance and to give early warning to the owner to take precautionary action. You should refer to your owner manual for all the meaning of the "warning light" or "symbol" display on the console. eg.. " ( ! ) "
