Stain near bleeder screw is the early sign of weak bleeder screw. Get it change asap, before it break in middle of no where. Once it break, the head of the screw will tear apart, and difficult to Remove the balance screw thread. Happened to me once during sunday when all workshop were closed. Managed to drive home by wrapping the bleeder screw hole with thick plastic. Since then, I always buy extra screw and keep in the glovebox.
