Question on this rare beast for sale Hi! Just browsed in here from Sweden. This car, is it still there or was it sold as one? The reason is a project we are undertaking, to map the location (country) of all E34 M5s. That car must be a rare find in Malaysia?! I dit not expect to see any at all actually, but seems to be a few when I read the post in the E34 section. A 1995 with 6 speed, then it was only built in 404 units (LHD). Does anyone if the car is still there and could someone passing by possibly check the identity of that vehicle? If it is sold, how do I get in contact with the company that had it? And do they speak English? Was it a Euro import then? Why have they cut it in half? Was it in an accident or would you get high taxes if importing such a car as a complete vehicle? I'll give the ones intersted in the E34 M5 some links on the work we do: This is the register page for the 3.8: http://www.e34m5.se/forum/m538_lhd_register.asp Ext. colours for the 3.8: http://www.e34m5.se/forum/M538lhdfarger.asp Some notes on exported M5s: http://www.e34m5.se/forum/landsutforanden.asp We are featured on the m5board.com also: http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/e34-m5-discussion/132769-how-many-beasts-still-alive-international-e34-m5-register.html If someone thinks they might have any info that could help out, please feel free to contact me in a PM. With best regards, Nick Sweden E34 M5 Club
