SOS - Help needed, DME programming failure...

The only thing that I have done before this is installing the Captor Tracking system (whole package - alarm, immobilizer and tracking). Not sure whether this cause the problem. The last option will be to dismantle the Captor.Hence, would like to ask anyone who know any reputable mechanic that have done this before to send me their mobile number - would like to get a second opinion.
