SOS call system failure

hi, anyone knows what is the cause of this error? Suddenly it appeared and it has been intermittent as well.

Had the same issue previously. Send the car to local AD and got it fix under warranty. Seems the device is faulty and had to wait 2 weeks to order it from Germany.
