Message: <blockquote data-quote="Terri" data-source="post: 339238" data-attributes="member: 16448">thanks alot for the offer, but i'll buy the rear Boge ori shocks from bavarian auto new .... luckily they are not too pricey ......it's the fornt shocks that are expensive ..... sigh .... and i need to source for those or buy the 2nd hand ones i found at the chop shop behind my office near Carefour Cheras .....errr my old mechanic is at that chan sow lin area ... won't say which one tho...but not the 1 you recomended .... i'd rather not be seen in that area in case he sees my car at another workshop there .....he's a very good mechanic but overcharges for parts ... he has known 1 of my partners for about 15yrs but she has a classic 1964 Triumph Vitesse 6 and she buys the parts herself and he just fixes the car and charges labour .... so she hasn't had any problems ....... i got a pm from another club member so i'll try to call the place he suggested and hopefully can source some shocks from that contact ....the car is rattling when it goes over uneven roads and it's worrying (like something is loose somewhere and about to drop off ......) so i must try and get it settled asap!thanks alot for all the help and suggestions .... i'm desperate!</blockquote>
