I agree with your view that a lot of dog owners do not pick up the poo and this can be uncomfortable for everynone including dog lovers.As a dog lover myself would hate living in a place where there is dog poo all over the place. The authorities have to look at the root cause instead of coming up with stupid temporary solutions. The solution to this problem is easy.... the authorities have to enforce the existing laws. It there is no law on this, they should come up with one. Fine a few dog owners RM500 for a few months and have this flashed all over the media and the problem will eventually get better. This is similar to other recent issues as well. For example, the authorities knew about the polluting and illegal pig farms in Melaka. What they should have done is enforce the law from day one. I can go on with the other examples as well.... recent express bus accidents, environmental issues....etc.I wonder when will things change for the better. Cheers</blockquote>
