Did not realize that when I collected my car about 10 days ago. Only notice them when I drove at night. The scratches present like spider web. After careful inspect last night, I went to AB this morning and was told external is not covered under warranty. Anyway, AB promised to send the claim to BMW Malaysia and wait for the answer. Not a big deal to get a windscreen repair outside. But, was rather disappointed that the pre-delivery inspection did not notice these scratches. My SA suspects the worker that cleaned the car was not using the proper cloth.So, if you do collect your new F30, besides checking the car body, don't forget about the windscreen.</p></blockquote><p></p>
