..i just came back from Penang..on the way back, highway just after Ipoh to KL, proton saga, i think, on oposite track, hit divider, and stayed there, however, impact happened just at the place where black toyota camry was at moment, on highway side I was (way to KL)..Camry was some 500-600 meters in front of me, so I saw it when start dancing all around highway, and my guess is that driver was maybe scared that proton will fly over on to his side so he instinctively turned steering left..however, I was cruising at 105km/h and he was much faster as I can tell so at such speed, any radical move is pretty much lost control..car smashed at the end, on left divider and passed trough it and stuck on land side..I stopped some 50 meters away from camry and run back to see whats going on, and I found baby crying in sewer channel, choking on some red liquid from car and crying..saw also father asking for help..i felt so helples...so I grabbed baby and lil kid smile at me and i was really crying..some lady stopped on opposite track on highway and crossed and took baby from me so I went down and removed father from seat (he stuck with seatbelt)..i dare not move mom as it seems it was some form of fracture she had so i decided better to wait emergency guys come..battery removed and some water flushed down just in case some fuel is under car dropping inside sewer..soon some other folks joined, some motobikers, and when bomba guys came and emergency i left..im still shaking a bit how dangerous is actually all this speeding..sigh..before i left, this driver (father) gave me very nice look and greeting, so i felt happy and sad..just thought to share..here is pic i took before i left..you can see mom still in back seat, and father is gentleman in yellow Tshirt..drive safe guys and have some love..we dont know when we could hit a 'divider'..cheers..

What a noble job u have done bro ecco...i had also encountered an accident in LPT a few months back where an avanza driver lost control of the vehicle and it turned turtle..the scream for help was still heard..i learnt that the expired tyres exploded caused the mishap. I lent my trembling hands to take the driver n passengers out of the wrecked avanza..it was driven fast...luckily both of them survived with some fractures..drive safe, be safe

Thanks for sharing this EccO. A somber reminder that with increased speed comes inherent high risk...

Ecco , thank you it's motorist like you that made our road safer not just see and slow down. Btw there is first aid kit in your car you can use . Also is there no baby seat for the baby how come the baby come out from the car
This remind me of a earlier accident in melaka where the baby is in front seat and when hit the divider the baby flew out of windscreen and the thier own car crush the baby. Guys with kid please always fasten your baby . It's more precious than our car

It may happen to any of us. Glad there are souls out there who still care. Hats off to you bro EccO.....

Sigh ... Hope the lady is ok. Speed kills. No matter what car you drive. Someone else can be at fault. Nowadays, I cruise at 115 only. No need to be a hero at 270. Its never worth it.

OMG thats indeed shocking to read that the lady did not make it from the crash ... by the way i just hope that the goverment would perhaps have a SOS 999 emergency unit on standy every 10 kmh ahead or at every single plaza toll ...rather then spending monies else where ....

..it seems it is..I do not know their names as i never asked...so that was lil baby girl smiling at me .. so sorry for mom..sighh :( .. also I noticed that none of car airbags deployed and its brand new toyota camry..steering i could move all way as it was literally hanging on wires..sigh..so sad because mom didnt make it.. :( may God give her peace forever and ever..

Guess you're the little girl's angel for the day.

Takes a lot for one to not only to see an accident right infront but to render help right away.

God bless you.

RIP to the mother

But if it wasnt the heroic move by Bro Ecco... might have been worst..

This serves as a reminder to us. Shit happens. Always practise defensive driving. There are many fools out there thinking there are Hamilton. Kudos to Ecco for heroic action

Kudos to you too bro Ecco. You've done very well done job.

Back 2 days a go while driving along KL-JB PLUS hiway, I observed so many rude and no-brain drivers driving car like a rocket without thinking the others safety. Normal mistakes that they're doing are like; no signal during changing the lane, make hard-turn to change the lane, take over using emergency lane, crossing from fast-lane to exit with minimum distance and the stupidest thing is throw the rubbish out of car!!

Sorry to say, most of the bada$s drivers are with Singaporean plate number. So, to fellow Singaporean driver who read this, with disregards of your performance and the highest safety of your car specs, please behave yourself on the other country side (like we Malaysian did in your country), we demand your respect as we already have enough local steel baller on our road. I don't mind if you need to speed up, and willing to pay the summons (as our summons ticket very cheap to you), but atleast, do the speedy with proper way, push hi-beam to ask people go aside, no race side-by-side, and don't throw rubbish or chewing gum out of car! No worries, we, Malaysian pple are very open minded to give you guys way to speed, as we do have a lot of ground to fill up..

Sorry if my words are a little bit spicy of the thumbs, but I do mean it! Besides that, I still observed the other Singaporean Plate owner with respectful and good behavior. Thanks to drivers who practice this! Much appreciate that!
