But when I received the car, I inspected the seat and found that they only painted the seat.The joining bolt on the scissors lever underneath the seat is rusted upon inspection. I then check the hinge hidden underneath the leather seat and signs of rust too. I complained to them why aren't they changing the seat pan at all.The SA told me its their standard procedure... -_- I told them off saying that I know many of you guys who got your seat pan changed for a new one without painting.Coincidentally the Head of Sales is there. He told me that he will get it changed for me for sure and get the parts for me as he has some seat pans coming in for other customers.I have been telling them about this since before I bought the car. They say they can't change the seats on their own accord before handing over the customer. It has to be handed over to customer first before filing a warranty claim.So now, the guy told me he will skip one of other customer claim and give it to me first. (Sorry to whoever waiting to change too!)Now, they arrange an appointment for me to change the pan this coming Monday. The technician previously assured me that if they have the actual new seat pan, the job should take only about 3hours. Is this true?If the seat pans that have been changed, they won't paint it black anymore right?Does anyone that have their seat pan changed have the rusted seats occurring to their new seat pans?</blockquote>
