No guesswork involved, and I did the measurements myself. What's amazing is that the new tyre has a thread of 9mm. After 13 months of quite spirited driving, my fronts have 8mm left and rears have 6mm. So the wear rate on the RE050As is very good. Better than the 140 UTQG rating suggests.
