rubber mud guard

Hai everybody,Ever thought why we never seen the rubber mud guards/flaps been fix at at our rides?, especially with the ori? Is it bcoz there are none in the market or just bcoz no one has ever fix it? :huh: May be i have not seen yet? :lazy: I'm just thinking. ......... May i have your views pse! Tq & rgds.

Some of us forummers were running such "aerodynamics aid".... especially one from up north.... you know who you are. But then again, I believe he has since removed them....

Personally, I find our cars look better without them.

I think most of the forummers feel that way bout the mudguard too...with a few exceptions.

Is it true the mud guard/flap is an aerodyanamics aid? :huh:

This something new to me. For all i know the guard/flap minimise the unwanted splash of mud and water to the lower part body of our ride.

Still thinking.....?? :blink: .

There is one E34 here in my town using that mud guard/flap..,

h34r: sorry to say..its looks ugly..spoilt the whole look of the nice car.. :aggressive:

It have purpose but a lot wanna be car exterior designer don't agree with it. Same like they say BMW wanna be , wiralution bla bla bla bla ......
For me add on or took out is the same, you change the original.

My car came without it and hate when too much dirt splash. So I bought at Stuttgard and put it back.

Here you go ,back to showroom !

Mud flap are an exceptional to UDM as to the design itself...mana ada ngam liao...but sori to say...susah jugak no mud flap...unless u can entertain all those splash on your ride...worse of all have to fork money and repaint....

Hello Ji,

I agree not to disagree with you. There are 2 sides of the coin. We must remember that we cnnot have both sides of the world! :angry:
BTW it is raining season in around Ipoh. i hope you tidak susah to maintain ur ride clean and dry.
As 4me i'm worried a bit if it rains. Sure kena cuci the ride esp behind those wheels as if there no other work to do. h34r: Make me think of fixing those mf

im looking for e30 inner mud guard. the one covering the inner wheel arch. it's from the top of tyre to the front/behing front bumper.
