It is a common problem in most European Car that the roof lining will sagged after sometime, esp. in our hot weather. This happens to my E46 recently after i've just clean it with a damp cloth. Dont ever clean your liner with damp cloth, it will be wet and the already brittle sponge backing just gave way. Use a form type cleanner for this job. I've learned this the hard way.Made few calls to several cushion shops and the estimate varies...from RM400 up to RM900. check out in the net, way back in 2005 it was only about RM250 -RM 350 to replace the cloth.
