This happens to my E46 recently after i've just clean it with a damp cloth. Dont ever clean your liner with damp cloth, it will be wet and the already brittle sponge backing just gave way. Use a form type cleanner for this job. I've learned this the hard way.<img src="http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q154/famy777/1-2.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />Made few calls to several cushion shops and the estimate varies...from RM400 up to RM900. check out in the net, way back in 2005 it was only about RM250 -RM 350  to replace the cloth. Anyway made few phone calls and was recommended  Central Car Cushion - in Taman Kepong. Mr.Chew (012 212 2040)  quoted me RM450 and additional RM160 for the sisalation and insulation padding. Best of all it will be ready same day.
