Its my first BMW ( European car ) and I find my left hand too busy - turn signal, aircond, iDrive etc, not to mention to stick in the keyfob and press the start/stop button. On the other hand my right hand is quite free, mainly on steering wheel and wipers ( which is auto anyway ). The left hand is even busier when you switch to manual mode (steptronic ) or driving a manual transmission. You have to change gear and turn signal using your left hand at the same time, how do you manage that? Does anyone notice this or can you share your experience on how to overcome this. From statistics, only about 30% of cars are RHD. Even with 30%, shouldn't the european car manufactures consider switching the signal controls on the steering of a RHD car? Has this topic been brought up before or we just accept the fact?PS. On a E90 LCI, there's only 1 knob on the car audio system, and its on the far left side of the car audio!
