No point blaming it on SA or mechanic while their management is indifferent. What the public can do is to boycott bad services! I am sure among AB, Wearnes, Ingress and Quill, someone wish to have many customers therefore would go the extra mile to give good services. Maybe we can rank them in this forum. Maybe we BMW owners go to only "the one" who gives good service!
