In all honestly, performance and fuel consumption is more or less the same, negligible difference. There are no need to reset your ECU but if your car is heavily modded then probably a re-tune is required. There isn't any known issues except that if the installation workmanship is bad, exhaust might leak air, drone or vibration.In my opinion, it will certainly void the warranty and your exhaust will definitely be louder than stock. How much louder? I am not sure about Remus but the Eisenmann is somewhat audible so after a while, i still prefer the stock setup (silent).</blockquote>
