Damn frustrating ok i've already gone thru 3 visits to solve it: First visit: Reported alignment problem Collection: They claimed to have done alignment but no documentation nor any proof. Still pull to the left Second visit: Complained on alignment problem again Went to test drive with a mechanic, he acknowledged the problem and suggested to check tyre pressures. went back to Quill to confirm tyre pressures then another test drive. Still pull to the left and they gave me the courtesy car until they fix mine. Third visit was today. They said they have done alignment again and this time they gave me the measurement printout. Car still frigging pulls to the left!!!!!!!! The same mechanic who acknowledged the problem changed his statement. This time he said it's the road condition that's causing the problem. I drove on federal highway & NKVE (left, middle & right lanes), whether it's left turn or right turn, IT FRIGGING JUST SHIFTS TO THE LEFT!!! I think it's safe to rule out the road conditions. The cause can be other things not limited to wheel alignment. So if they do the wheel alignment 1000 times I guess it will be still the same. Super frustrating! PISS OFF QUILL AUTOMOBILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
