Welcome to the world of BMW ownership. Anyway, it is not unknown to spend a bundle of ks after getting a second-hand BMW. Don't ask me how I know. Very painful experience and it still hurts.:(

do compression test. sure got leak at the metal hose one. do you put radiator coolant? do u see a pool of water? 1 liter is a lot man

yup, do a pressure test, definately can see the "rpm" meter in the pressure gauge drop, this will show that u have leak somewhere

cas, you only got this car in April and remembering all your thread since then, you already have so many problems with it. Interior lights dim, electronic hang, vibration when turning left, airbag indicator light, RPM drop, now 1 litre per day water leak! You also spend money at M-speed on your angel eye and not satisfied with result.

I'm sorry to tell you you bought the wrong car friend. It's an expensive lesson to learn with your 1st car, but the BMW gods were not kind to you as someone wish for you when you told that you bought the car without testing it. Best thing to do is to cut loss and try to sell it now. Then go and buy a simple car and take a knowledgeable person along to test the car before signing on the dotted line. BMW comes later when you know more about cars. Even experienced people have trouble maintaining a BMW. Sorry lah cas, these things happen.

If cas sell his car, he will loss more la fren..unless he bought by cash without loan.

Will definitely lose money. Car bought with loan too. Read all the previous post and you can see what I mean. Sorry to be blunt but best thing to do IMHO.

Everybody same mah. My first 2nd hand car also big loss and heartache. Thankfully it was a small cheap car only, not a BMW!

No wonder the price of secondhand BMW is cheap... When I bring this topic to the forum during my early search.. many confusing replies...

Now.. we all kena penyakit BMW...

Banyak Makan Wang bro.. i agree.. i would take this as my experience in buying a car next time, however still afford to do the wear & tear as i know that when u buy a 2nd hand car dont expect it to be without problem, sending off my car this week to get my sensor, radiator & RPM fixed this week, checked with my mechanic last week when i fix my angel eye, he offered me CCFL ring for a very low price, he told me there is no leaking so far, only the power steering host is leaking and its not minor, planning to get it fixed as well

btw bro... the airbag indicator is gone after clearing the faulty codes
