For the amount of money that we pay for a new car, i think we can expect an above average piece of german engineering. Some people say they can live with the idiosyncracies of this brand, but i would choose reliability anytime over performance. I love performance, but not if it means being stranded because the car feels like it, or worse still, being at the mercy of the so called Authorised Dealers Service workshops.
