I'm considering getting the whole car painted as someone accidentally crashed into my back and I want to repair the scratches. So my questions are as follows:-1) Will painting my car fix my problems with the rust or do I need to do something different?2) I want to get my car repainted and I've found that doing it in an oven is the best policy, do you guys have any recommended places?
