Question on Auto Transmission

The usage of this will affect the transmission as a whole.Now, my concern is, I had recently changed my gb oil and the oil used is red in color. Im just concerned if the oil is not compatible with my transmission.(2) (digression) after reading that thread, i believe that there we can use a type of oil to flush the engine before changing the engine oil. Is it true? is this flushing oil different from the engine oil?thank you in advance for enlightening the noob here.
