I must say, he is very knowledgeable, knows the car well and ultimately fixes the issue, without creating another issue. I find him to be honest and trustworthy. I recall when I first sent my E38 to him, I was on my way to the airport on a business trip for a week. I dropped the car with him and asked him to give it a thorough check and replace parts to make it feel like a solid E38. It took him a week and when I got my car back, it felt great......the car was washed, alligned and ready for me to drive off.
