Hi,

I was thinking of having a supercharger for my car..fyi its 318iA E36.
Do I need to upgrade my pistons, conrod etc etc if I were to install the supercharger??

Errr.... I am not surelah. I bought the car used. Anyway, Powerdyne SC supposed is bolt-on type. Meaning to say, you can get it off the self and bolt it on. Of course, you will need pulley, belt, K&N filter (because the amount of air intake is increase), clippers, air flow hose etc.. If you check out some oversea website, you can see that they all come in as a kit. But then, the thing with supercharger is because the air intake is increase dramatically, you will need the fuel to increase as well (to maintain the air/fule mixture). Because of this, you may need to install some aftermarket fuel thingy (no idea what is it called) to maintain sufficient fuel is delivered. If I am not mistaken, the previous owner install the SC first and the fuel years later.
