The point is, every time I bring my car, and a SA will entertain me , checking on pc, write on the paper that what m complaining. And I come back before closing to take the car and they just say everything ok. I used to be a automotive service center technician ,as my experience the sound is come from the absorber, the previous visit I was told that by SA that BMW won't change directly for the absorber for u in case a lot of ppl come to claim for part before the warranty go off, they said they need to change the bush on the top first, and they don't have stock, need to wait for order. I don't really can believe it, I think they just do like usually, take my car key, and give back, just a shit of entertaining. For myself I don't really like to get angry and yelling to somebody to get this matter fix, anyone have good idea for a good service center at kl, really helpless, disapointed for this kind of service from a luxury branded German automotive. Honestly I won't really get BMW for my next car cause of this shit service.</p></blockquote><p></p>
