Each time I reset the accelerator, using the "depress accelerator for 20 secs then cranking the engine" method, the car feels livelier to use, especially at the point of picking up speed. Gearshifts seem way more smoother and the power delivery just feels so smooth, something which never fails to amaze me when I'm still driving around in one of the most handsome 7s ever built. Car might be 22 years old, can qualify for youngtimer, and might not reach the same classic status as befit the E38 series, but you know what? I love my 730i so much.
