i saw this product today, it is written there as a replacement for Wax for our car paint, and has UV protection.... what is the differents between this and the other wax????

I have used that before. I think I heard somewhere that once u apply the polymer sealent, its not advisable to wax it coz it may react with the compound in the sealent. However, its not as glossy as Meguirs...but a good alternative....easy on easy off and it get rids of the tar that sticks to ur car...cheaper tooo....

willie,

It does what it says on the label, provide paint protection. I personally find it to be quite a good product as far as sealants, but not enuf gloss and depth for my personal tastes. Yup, it would be safe to use on new cars.

I use Permaglass currently. DIY once a month. Easy lah. No Meguiars gloss but very happy with it. And the tar n bug splats resistance is excellent. White bird shit on hot engine bonnet is something else tho.....

what does acrylic paint means ah??? non-metalic paint????
Acrylic paint is paint that contains plastic polymers in it. All automotive paint today is Acrylic.

Non-metallic is paint that does not contain any metallic/pearl flakes in it. It is also reffered to as 'Solid' paint

You mean after using the sealent you cannot wax the car?
Of course you can still wax the car. Wax and sealants are meant to function as sacrificial barriers against the elements.

Do wait at least 2 hrs before you apply the wax over the sealant. The sealant needs time to cure and it's molecules to cross-link properly. Any sooner and the solvents in the wax WILL remove the sealant before it has a chance to 'bond' to your car's paint.

Hope this helps.
