This device consist of 3 plug, 1 to power module, 1 for it power and 1 goes back to the idrive. This device locate at you boot under the spare tyre (if u have). I have no idea how much is it and i am looking forward to buy a new one as i just burnt mine last week. Frankly say, if u had drove a car with any sensor before, then with or without PDC make no diffrent however if not, better u install one. In my personnal point of view, PDC is no use for me and it is just a noisy function. The PDC and the sensor will not function well due to blind spot if your car is install with M Sport body kit or lip. Try to imagine if there is  medium size rock or something something infront or back. Where does your sensor install ? it is at the higher point thus, it will not function well and if not careful, u will damage your lip or lower bumper. Ponder about it....</blockquote>
