Message: <blockquote data-quote="supergripen" data-source="post: 107160" data-attributes="member: 1254">the A4 turbo runs out of steam once it reaches the upper edges of the tacho..very frustrating feeling la.its a total opposite of a stepbox bimmer where it starts off painfully civilized(SLOW!!) but once u hit the sweetspot mid to the upper reaches of the tacho,it flies!!!i'd rather have the shove of the A4 low to mid and the upper thrust of the bimmer once u reach high rpms..but u can't have em all..too bad.i think a Golf GTi with the superb DSG box and a sports ECU wud tapau both bimmer AND audi.... i know for a fact cuz i've done it and kena tapau by a friend's GTi.but to be fair,the GTi is a Wald ECU tuned version with a full Milltek sports exhaust system with 257bhp against my puny 193bhp with the dreaded Steptronic.an A4 Turbo Quattro with tuned ECU and exhaust system wud be a belter too...its only a matter of time till someone does it..on a different note,last nite a Honda Accord 2.4 did something nasty to me on the KLIA highway without provocation so i replied in kind.i don't want to elaborate further cuz someone might come and tell me how unskilled i am for not taking it to the track..needless to say i gave the guy a good trashing and a little lesson in humility.the message i was trying to convey to him was don't poke something u can't handle..maybe he was having fun previously poking innocent little cars like the City,Vios,Spectra and what not..</blockquote>
