Had to replace my 520d power steering rack & module due to error while programming after changing (under warranty) the i-drive controller due to no illumination lights at the knob ring, tel & nav buttons. My car had to spent her time at AB JB for warranty part replacement for about 23 days until I collected the car on 4th January. My advise is to voice your complain to BMW Malaysia via BMW voice. Why ? coz all of the sudden after i made a complain via BMW voice on the the next day the Service Manager called me that the part is arriving from german after been informed it will took sometimes for the part to be arrived due to festive season.I think you should get a loan car from car AB Glenmarie as I had been given a loaner 320d. (Just sent it back on last Wednesday) In JB at first I don't even been offered a courtesy car for me to go back to KL by the Service Manager instead i've been offered to be sent to Larkin Bus Station to take a bus to KL:14: . Had to voice my complain to sales manager and without any fuss gave me an X1 for me to traveled back to KL which i change it after 2 days to 320d from Glenmarie.Now will see how's my car doing after the repair and software update if it's happen again like this i'm seriously plan to change to other brand or perhap buy myself a double decker bus to chauffeur me on north south highway.</blockquote>
