Main Group - Meeting Point @ BHP Petrol Karak Highway (1.7 km after Karak Toll)</u></strong></p><p>7.00 am – Registration Start. </p><p>- Collect your car sticker, Indemnity Form and T-shirt.</p><p>- Make payment for Lunch and T-shirt. </p><p>- Return Indemnity form after signing and filling.</p><p></p><p>7.30 am – Safety Briefing by Marshall and introduction to all focal persons.</p><p></p><p>7.45 am – Team A regroup and Convoy depart to Lanchang Toll (80 Km – 50 mins)</p><p></p><p>7.55 am – Team B regroup and Convoy depart to Lanchang Toll (80 Km – 50 mins)</p><p></p><p><strong><u>2. East Coast Bimmer Group - Meeting Point at R & R Gambang at 7.30am</u></strong></p><p>7.30 am – Registration Start.</p><p>- Collect your car sticker, Indemnity Form and T-shirt.</p><p>- Make payment for Lunch and T-shirt. </p><p>- Return Indemnity form after signing and filling.</p><p></p><p>7.45 am – Safety Briefing by Marshall and introducing to all focal persons.</p><p></p><p>8.00 am - Convoy depart to Lanchang Toll.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>3. Lanchang Toll (Exist 816)</u></strong></p><p>8.45am - Convoys will exit at Lanchang Toll. All convoys shall regroup after the Lanchang toll.</p><p>- Big bikes shall be waiting to escort the convoy to the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary. </p><p>- Light food and drinks shall be distributed to each car. (Compliments from harisbimmer) </p><p></p><p>9.30 am - Convoys depart to Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>4. Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary. (Pusat Konservasi Gajah Kebangsaan)</u></strong></p><p>10.00 am - Convoy shall reach Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary</p><p>- Park your cars at the designated carpark.</p><p>- Group registration and enter into the sanctuary video room.</p><p>- Video show - story about Elephants (around 15min). The video room can seat 100 people.</p><p>(The rest of the group can stand behind and watch the video show)</p><p>- Time to feed the elephants.</p><p>- Photo session with the elephants</p><p>- Have a ride on the elephants.</p><p></p><p>11.30 am – Presentation of donation (collected from the sale of T-shirts) to the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary by the President of BMW Club Malaysia. </p><p></p><p>12.00 pm – BMW Club Malaysia Group Photo session.</p><p></p><p>12.15 pm - Convoy depart to Restoran Ima Masakan Tradisional Temerloh for lunch. The convoy shall be escorted by big bikes. Traffic cop will escort the convoy with the assistance of big bike from Lanchang Toll to Restoran Ima, Temerloh. </p><p></p><p><strong><u>5. Pantin Lunch @ Restoran Ima, Temerloh</u></strong></p><p>1.30 pm - Convoy reach to Restoran Ima and welcome by Silat team & traditional music.</p><p>- Park your car at the designated carpark.</p><p></p><p>2.00 pm – Lunch start (Pantin fest – buffet style)</p><p></p><p>3:00 pm – BMWCM President or VP shall give the T-shirt to KTD Tuan Ruzlan, Silat Sifu Mr. Salleh and Inspektor Al-Jofri of Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh for their cooperations and assistance.</p><p></p><p>3.45 pm - Photo Session in front of Restoran Ima – (This picture I will hang at my Restoran later)</p><p></p><p>4.00pm - End .Convoy will be escorted by big bike to Plaza Toll Temerloh.
