Only the police officer is authorized to do so. Even if one have attended the PDRM marshalling school, this is the first thing they teach, the role of the marshall is only to support the police. For eg. after the police has stop or block the traffic, the marshall can move in to replace the police in order to allow the police to continue the convoy control in the front.The best is minimal marshalling for drive and confine the role to make sure no one is lost.</blockquote>
