Ladies and Gentlemen, We would like to invite you to the Official March 2010 drive to Kuantan, to be held on 27 March 2010 (with optional overnight stay and return on 28 March).The preliminary itinerary is as follows:27 March0800: Assemble at meeting point (Shell Gombak) for breakfast, refuel, pump air, show off mods/shiny waxed cars, etc0845: Set off in one or two groups (if we have numbers then 2 groups, slow group first, fast group 2nd).mid-point (TBD)- bathroom/drink break late morning - arrive in KuantanLunch - to be confirmedAfter lunch - Check-in at hotel to drop off bags, family members, etc.Afternoon - Charity/Social event OR free and easy (at the beach, side shopping trips to buy the sotong kering, etc) - to be confirmedEvening - BBQ dinner OR drive to Kemaman for the baked crabs (to be confirmed)After hours - I leave this to the experts 28 MarchMorning - breakfast; free and easy; check out from hotelLunch - TBDAfternoon - set off for KL (convoy)Those who do not wish to stay overnight, may want to return to KL after the afternoon events (most likely we will have an afternoon tea break).A number of events will be firmed up over the next few days and we will have more details up.
