So in short, Quill is as bad as AB from my view.</p><p></p><p>As for your case, you should have demanded for replacement car. Secondly, you should have gone and taken a picture of the car, to see what exactly is the damage, did you ssee? I will demand for some kind of compensation. Check if they have right to drive your car out of their premises without your permission.
