I am fed up with having to pay exorbitantly high prices to own and use a car in this country, when people in other countries pay far less (in absolute, and in relative-to-income terms). Alternatively, a road tax that is tied to the amount of pollution your car emits (like the UK system). Now that type of road tax, I don't mind paying as it encourages us to reduce the pollution our cars emit.</blockquote>
