So you should qualify for a BSRI change if 20k is up or nearly up, if the letter says that's the new interval. If the dealers baulk at that argument, call the BMWM director who signed the letter and hold him to it.It may be that they're recognising that 25k is taking a risk of sludging up engines and that is costing them more in warranty claims. :wink:</blockquote>
