Got called from customer service from BMW malaysia. I think he can't help at all so i asked him to get the right person can help ... so Mr. Wolfgang Schlimme did call but seems like he can't help much either. Just told me he would follow up but still no courtesy car given coz i guess he probably know i am getting my car back yesterday night. He called before im on my way to go collect my car. I did ask why no courtesy car during the period ... he didn't answer but he did apology only. Nothing else. so i guess case close tat way? the damn problam was the fuel pump fault!! i wondering it is made in china ?no wonder once i got my car and i didnt feel like what u guys mention how good abt the bimmer. i just felt my car wouldn't go smooth one when i step on the pedal!!! Last night i only know how's the feel driving a bimmer.
