Need some advices

So either Garmin gvn or just go for the external handheld ones.. In this case, Papago is better compared to Garmin IMHO!</p><p></p><p>P.S: I have been wanting to convert the FM frequency for the longest time as I love listening to radio but until this day, no budget & no time..
