Get from the private owner. Trust me on this. Was looking for an E92 last year. (Since after CNY 2015) Made several trips to KL to view several E92s at the dealer. Wasted alot of monies on flight tickets. Non of it was as per advertised. NOT A SINGLE OF IT. Finally, found one for sale in my state. It was a private sale. Car condition was wickedly immaculate. And when I say wickedly immaculate, not a single stone chip on the car, not a single scratch, not even a dimple at both sides. Mileage was unbelievably and ridiculously low. The new interior smell is still there. Since the owner bought this car new from Auto Bavaria, so checked with Auto Bavaria with it's service history. Everything was serviced on time (sometimes earlier than scheduled). Documentation of purchase and service are all provided. Price offered was naturally close to 25k higher than market price. Additionally, owner knows his car is in a superb immaculate condition, told me arrogantly "Price is nett, take it or leave it because this is not a desperate sale". Won't even take his car out to meet me outside somewhere to view. Asked me to come over to his bungalow, with the car parked inside a garage. No test driving either. He just start the car while i walk around to inspect it. Only get to drive it after I paid the booking fee. Honestly, I don't blame him. Instead, it gives me a strong sense of confidence with buying this car. I closed the deal. Because I know gems like this don't come by often. It's been half year now since I got the car. No regrets. I slept soundly, I eat happily without worries. Most of all, I drive the car proudly and confidently. Like the saying goes "You pay peanuts, you get monkeys."
