Called them & was told to bring it back for checking. So I replace the leaking absober wt used absober & bring it to Eng Soon hoping to get 1 to 1 replacement. As to my surprise they told me to buy a new one & they will send the leak absober to Germany for factory checking after I fill up claim form. If it proven to be manufacturing defect they will return my money. He think I'm an idiot arr even old damaged absober can go up although not leaking. For me its clearly product defect as the seal damaged resulting the leak. After spending a lot for all my 3 cars with them I'm feel cheated. This is not the 1st time as I encounter problem on parts like water pump, belt, seal, thermostat but this time around is too much. By sending the leak absober to Germany for testing will not cover my right as they can always say its my problem. I believe as a seller they should take full resposibility on the products they sell. What is my right here?
