Just wanted to share my experience. As I had the same problem after changing my floor mats to rubber ones from BMW (i.e. my front passenger cabin floor were wet) Water would accumulate under the rubber floor mats where were very odd. So what I did was to concentrate my water on the window on the front passenger door. As per cslau, what I noticed was that there water was flowing out at the bottom of the door between the metal door and the internal door panel. Upon removing the door panel today at Quill, what they've found was that there is an internal lining (in grey that's glued to the inside of the metal door), the bottom was not sealed tight, hence water was flowing through. They've just had it resealed properly. Fingers crossed. Will keep have it monitored over the next several days.
