My My Controls is on the blink

Hiya Tom, jus checkin... I changed my avatar almost 2 weeks ago as well as my signature. When i logged on a few days back, both my signature and avatar had somehow reverted to the older ones...no idea how. Now when i try to change my avatar, it gives an error message, telling to contact the administrator... Has the forum gone wongky coz of the upgrades being done or has my account gone wongky, or my PC????
