I have opted for 19 inch BBS LM-R in Diamond Silver or DSK and KW V2. Both shipment are from Japan and took less than 2 weeks delivery. Props to Marcus from Lim Tyre for the good service and updates. Now all i have to do is choose what tyres for my new rims.
