AB Sg Besi did the same to the trunk of my car. Same old explanation was given, ie additional holes were drilled to secure the number plate. Per the customer service officer and off the record, I was told that it is unlikely that I will get a trunk replacement from AB. At most, the dealer will fix/ fill up the holes. My car is in the workshop for a major repair since last Friday and I haven't got back my car yet as of today. I have owned the car since Sept 2012 and I have sent in the car for the 4th time ever since. Honestly, my bmw experience has been a nightmare so far.  I was given a brand new X1 as a courtesy car during this time, sad to say that the built quality found on the X1 is much better than the F30.</blockquote>
