Within a few days, received email response from BMW Customer Service (Customer.Service@bmw.de). Shortly thereafter their local cs representative contacted me and he personally saw to it that my items were duly delivered. It goes to show that if they want to, the local dealership can provide good service...</p></blockquote><p></p>
